Scholarships

Rio Tinto offers scholarships to students entering their second year of study in geology, mining and metallurgy at selected universities in the US, Canada, South Africa, the UK and Australia. Along with providing funds to assist with study, scholarships with Rio Tinto offer the chance to gain 'real job' hands-on experience in their selected area of expertise through paid work experience with a Rio Tinto business unit.
